The juice dispenser had Mango concentrate in "OJ" dispenser and the OJ PREMIX BOX WASN'T SET UP ok. I was able to fix it. Inside juice machine was filthy.
Ok breakfast bar was kind of sketchy: eggs were way over cooked and mystery meat was not Marriott quality.
Awesome staff! breakfast was alright. Brian was very helpful when i couldn't log into the WiFi! and then Karla i think her name was cleaned my room she was so nice! :) There are some defaults with room like designed errors but staff was great. P.S short lady seemed like the boss of the housekeepers she looks very mean does not smile at all.
The absolute worst excuse for breakfast. I overheard 2 other groups say the exact same thing. The rooms are perfectly fine.
We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room smelled like urine. I let the gentlemen at the front desk know. We went up to the room and he agreed. When I came back to the room later it smelled like they had just sprayed the ac unit with air freshener. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The smell was better but never completely went away. Their breakfast is not very good. The eggs were rubbery and the potatoes were like soggy skinny French fries. The plus of the stay was the staff was very friendly!!
Looks like they defrosted pre portioned egg fold overs & over nuked.
I've worked in hotels for over 15 years. The staff, Ci at the front desk, and the dining room attendant were friendly and efficient. The whole facility was spotless. We will be back. If there were a way to muzzle bratty teenagers that would be my only improvement.
