The funniest thing at the end of this story was the sales rep bashing all of his employees while throwing blame: managers getting sued by own family, gambling & drug issues company-wide, no stability at all… is this who we have-to resort to for business?
Because I work there
I will never purchase another door manufactured from BWI again. I had ordered over $15K in household custom doors through a customer of theirs and experienced an issue with 80% of them. Crooked hinges, wrong measurements, wrong door size and handing… I spent thousands just trying to get them fixed from a professional installer. Their sales representation is in the gutter and they kept trying to blame the retailer, does no-one take accountability anymore? Have them explain to you how buying a door from Home Depot/Lowes is any different (or more expensive). I agree with the first comment and never do business with BWI.
