I've been going to yoga central as a young teenager and im in my late 20s now. They have plenty and lovely selections of classes and different levels to take, not just yoga. Their instructors are all wonderful people, Becky Moats is my favorite instructor, everyone should take a class of hers, you will receive knowledge, comfort, encouragement, lots of love and patience, you will definitely laugh during a class of her's too. Yoga has helped me tremendously with my addiction and mental health issues, I've learned things in class I've been able to use in my daily life to help me cope. I encourage all to visit Yoga Central, they have the cutest little boutique too!
